Description
TG-20S single-component thermally conductive gel is a thermally conductive material with extremely low deformation force. It has a plasticity and non-flowability similar to that of plasticine, high thermal conductivity, and low thermal resistance. This characteristic makes it have good adhesion to heat dissipation components, can automatically fill gaps, and maximize the limited contact area. The characteristic of being infinitely compressible is suitable for heat dissipation modules or electronic components with large thickness variations. Unlike thermally conductive grease, the thermally conductive gel has no sedimentation and no flow phenomenon and is suitable for screen printing or scraping. Syringe packaging can perform dispensing operations on standard dispensing machines, which has high operational convenience and effectively improves work efficiency.
Operation and Application
The product is for single-component use and can completely replace thermally conductive grease and thermally conductive pads in terms of performance. This paste-like material can meet various different gap shapes and thicknesses, and the stress is minimal during displacement, which can solve the needs of interface material thickness and shape in individual applications.
