The G778 series is a paste-like thermally conductive grease compounded from silicone oil as a base material, with the addition of thermally conductive powder, chemical additives, and various functional additives. It is a heat-conducting, insulating filler, especially suitable for filling gaps in places where surfaces are not tightly fitted. Due to its wetting properties, it can replace air gaps when various uneven surfaces are joined together, providing effective tight filling to increase thermal conductivity, and maximizing heat transfer to the heat sink or casing, ensuring stable product operation and improving product reliability.
