2. Customized Thermal Materials - Thermally Conductive Silicone Grease (also known as heat dissipation paste, thermal grease)
It is a white or gray thermally conductive insulating viscous substance with a certain viscosity and no obvious granular feeling. It is non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, chemically and physically stable, with excellent thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, and water resistance. This silicone cloth can effectively reduce the thermal resistance between electronic components and heat sinks, and it is electrically insulating, has high dielectric strength, good thermal conductivity, high chemical resistance, and can withstand high voltage and short circuits caused by metal parts piercing.
